Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a friendly, proactive team member to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. Build trust through active listening, understand individual goals, and recommend personalized solutions to support their success.

You will be the first face seen by new members, ensuring a positive first impression, helping with onboarding, and promoting the gym’s offerings while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting guests with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Delivering a welcoming, informative, and inclusive sales and service experience to all guests and members.
• Support an exceptional onboarding experience to help members connect with fitness offerings.
