Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a member-facing team member to warmly welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey, building trust-based relationships through active listening and personalized guidance.

You will help members connect with fitness offerings, support onboarding, and deliver an inclusive, motivating, and results-driven experience while maintaining a clean, safe gym environment.

Qualifications

• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience, ensuring a welcoming and informative visit.
• Support onboarding to connect members with fitness offerings and initiate their engagement.
