24 Hour Fitness in Richardson, TX is seeking a full-time member onboarding assistant to warmly welcome new members and guide their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, assess needs, and tailor personalized recommendations to support ongoing progress.

This role relies on genuine interpersonal skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude to create a motivating, inclusive member experience; you’ll be the first face members see, helping them feel they belong.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting members with resources.
• Help keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members with a welcoming, informative, and inclusive approach.
• Support onboarding that connects members to fitness offerings; be the first face they see on entry.
