Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a friendly, client-focused teammate to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will build genuine relationships, listen to goals, and recommend personalized solutions to support each member’s success.

As the first face members see, you’ll greet guests, assist with check-in, and help connect them to the club’s offerings. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a positive, motivating member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Strong service mentality and a desire to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting members with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Delivering an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members by providing a welcoming, informative, and inclusive visit.
• Supporting a seamless new member onboarding experience to connect members with fitness offerings.
