Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a friendly front-line team member to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You’ll listen to goals, assess needs, and suggest personalized solutions to help members achieve progress within our welcoming community.

This full-time role emphasizes authentic service, relationship-building, and a motivating member experience, with focus on first impressions, onboarding, and ongoing support for members’ fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Full-time with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• You are the first face members see when they walk in; greeting and attention to needs matters.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting them to resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members by providing a welcoming, informative, and inclusive vibe.
• Support onboarding of new members and help connect them to fitness offerings.
