Job summary

First Tech in Manchester, NH seeks a Member Service Associate to identify members' needs, educate them on products, and help achieve their financial goals. You will build rapport, cross-sell banking solutions, and open new memberships, accounts, and loans with established guidelines and Notary Public duties where applicable.

You will also process teller transactions, assist with end-of-day balancing, and support coverage across branches while ensuring policy compliance and a focus on service

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Verbal Communication skills.
• Technical skills (Word, Excel, Email).
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify the financial needs of members by building rapport and cross-sell appropriate products and services.
• Open new memberships, accounts and loans using established guidelines and conduct Notary Public services.
• Process loan requests, verify conditions and complete loan closings.
• Accurately process teller transactions and assist with end-of-day balancing.
• Conduct audits of membership applications and loan files.
• Adhere to DCU policies and procedures to limit risk and fraud exposure.
• May cover other DCU areas as needed and contribute ideas for efficiency improvements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
