Service Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative Teller at our Manchester, NH branch location. This role offers a path in banking with growth opportunities and a focus on serving members with a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is desired.
• Customer service or retail experience is preferred.

• Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly with courtesy and tact.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately while maintaining proper security and good judgement.
• Open and close member accounts.
• Provide outstanding service, problem resolution and needs-based selling.
• Create a positive member experience through confidence and enthusiasm.
• Build and retain member relationships through service quality.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
