Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is hiring for a Member Consultant II in the Kirkland area. This role focuses on delivering a seamless member experience with in-depth knowledge of BECU products to diagnose and address consumer financial needs and to refer specialized services when needed.

The position emphasizes exceptional customer service, sales consultation, and support across a range of services, while coordinating with a pod-based branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experience and sales consultation across product areas including business services, consumer lending, deposit servicing, IRA, POA, and fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents for outbound/inbound calls, ensuring member needs are fulfilled.
• Assist community with financial wellness through education, budgeting, debt management, or access to financial planning resources.
