Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless member experience and to refer members to specialized services when needed. You will operate within a pod structure, supporting multiple branch locations in the Mountain District and travel for training as required.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS or equivalent experience, at least two years in sales/financial retail, and strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Spanish language fluency is highly desirable.
• Two years minimum in sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales using product knowledge across business services, consumer lending, deposit servicing, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through the call center, ensuring customer needs are fulfilled.
• Assist the community with financial wellness and connect members to financial education resources.
