Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in St George, UT is hiring a full-time Teller to provide exceptional member service, process transactions, and educate members on MACU products. The role includes standing duties, sales goals, and cross-selling in a friendly, community-focused environment.

The position requires a High School diploma and six months of customer service experience, with a valid driver’s license. Schedule is Monday–Friday with Saturday shifts, and starting pay is $17.50/hour plus

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and assisting with transactions.
• Educate members on MACU products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Aim to increase member satisfaction and account retention.
• Meet sales and service goals and follow up on member interactions.
• Process branch transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Assist in branch opening/closing and maintain branch security.
