Argent Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative in Midlothian, VA to strengthen member relationships from account opening to accessing services. You will process transactions accurately and efficiently, delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have cash handling experience and a passion for customer service, with the ability to multitask and cross-sell a range of credit union products and services.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or cash handling is preferred.
• One year of experience as a credit union or bank teller preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance the full member relationship from opening an account to discussing services offered by Argent Credit Union.
• Maximize the member experience by accurately and efficiently processing financial transactions.
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting members and processing transaction services.
