Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly, sincere manner and assist members.
• Advocate for members in branch and on the phone; build relationships.
• Provide sound advice and solutions to help achieve financial wellness.
• Open and close accounts, process teller transactions, and maintain records.
• Assist with lending needs and educate members on lending products.
• Navigate digital technology and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet members' financial goals.
