Woodside is seeking an Events Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute member events and employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with the Director of Community and other departments to ensure events align with brand standards and budgets.

You’ll manage registrations, vendor relations, run sheets, and post-event evaluations while contributing to Woodside’s marketing and community-building efforts.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, communications, event planning or related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in event planning.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate and execute member events to build community.
• Coordinate pre-event planning with internal teams and external vendors.
• Develop event run sheets and budgets, and manage expenses.
• Oversee employee engagement events and cross-department coordination.
• Capture social media content and coordinate onsite photography/videography.
• Evaluate events post-completion and report results to leadership.
