Job summary

Champions Social Club in North Dallas seeks a polished, relationship-driven Member Services Director to lead the member experience, oversee event sales for internal and external events, and grow a vibrant, engaged community. This role drives the full membership journey from onboarding to long-term retention.

The Director serves as an ambassador for Champions, building meaningful connections and ensuring personalized, elevated interactions across dining, poker, and experiences while developing

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, luxury services, private clubs, hotels or concierge environments.
• 5–7 years leading teams.
• Experience building a CRM tool from the ground up.
• Experience with CRM, dining, events, and member services systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead member experience and engagement across dining, poker, events and experiences.
• Oversee event sales for internal and external bookings and drive revenue.
• Grow a vibrant, engaged member community with personalized service.
• Collaborate with F&B, Marketing and Club Leadership to ensure seamless member journeys.
• Train and manage Concierge and Sales teams to high service standards.
• Maintain accurate member data in CRM and support memberships processes.
