Job summary

Evergreen Alliance Golf’s Valencia Country Club location seeks a Member Relations Coordinator to cultivate strong member relationships and organize engaging lifestyle programming for members and guests.

The role focuses on onboarding new members, coordinating events with F&B, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting growth in rounds, visits, and revenue. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains positive member relationships and onboarding for new members.
• Develops lifestyle programming and a unified social calendar for Members & Guests.
• Collaborates with Food & Beverage to plan event sheets, budgets, and floor plans; attends events to ensure proper execution.
• Supports strategies to increase Golf Rounds, Member Visits, F&B revenue, and Member satisfaction.
• Manages a comprehensive member communication plan across channels (phone, welcome, calendars, emails, social media).
• Supports retention initiatives and aligns with the club’s mission, brand, and values.
