Arcis Golf is seeking a Member Relations Coordinator for Valencia Country Club in Valencia, CA. The role focuses on maximizing member experience by building relationships and onboarding new members.

You will coordinate lifestyle programming, events, and communications with multiple departments, ensuring guest satisfaction and program success. The position requires evening and weekend availability, strong communication, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent people and communication skills.
• One year of golf course/private club-related work experience is preferred.
• Flexibility with schedule including evenings and weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains positive member relationships and onboarding of new members.
• Develops and coordinates lifestyle programming and social offerings with department heads.
• Collaborates with food & beverage to manage event sheets, contracts, P&L forecasts, and floor plans.
• Attends events to ensure proper execution and guest satisfaction.
• Supports development of programming to increase golf rounds, member visits, and revenue.
