Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Member Relations Coordinator to elevate member experiences. This role blends customer service, event coordination, and administrative support to engage members and boost retention.

Primary duties include onboarding, maintaining member records, coordinating events, and supporting sales inquiries. Weekend/evening availability and a passion for hospitality are valued in this dynamic club environment.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in member services, hospitality, customer service, or related field.
• Private club or golf industry experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hospitality focus.

Mansioni

• Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable contact for current and prospective members in person, by phone, and by email.
• Manage new member onboarding, including welcome communications, orientation, and account setup.
• Maintain accurate member records and billing status changes.
• Plan and coordinate member events, clinics, socials, and appreciation functions with golf and F&B teams.
• Track member engagement and satisfaction, address concerns and escalate when needed.
• Support membership sales by fielding inquiries, scheduling tours, and following up with leads.
• Produce member communications like newsletters and event invitations.
• Collect and report member feedback to shape programming and service standards.
• Coordinate with golf operations, dining, and events to ensure seamless member experience.
