Valencia Country Club in Valencia, CA is seeking a Member Relations Coordinator to enhance the member experience and grow engagement. You will manage onboarding, plan lifestyle programs and social events, and collaborate with F&B to execute event plans and communications.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains positive member relationships and onboarding.
• Develops and executes a unified lifestyle calendar for Members & Guests.
• Collaborates with F&B to manage event sheets, contracts, P&L forecasts and floor plans; attends events.
• Supports programming to increase Golf Rounds, Member Visits, F&B revenue and satisfaction.
• Develops and implements a Member communication plan (calls, welcome, emails, calendars, website, social media, signage).
• Supports retention strategies and alignment with the company’s mission and values.
