Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks a proactive Member Relations Coordinator at Valencia Country Club in Valencia, CA. This role focuses on maximizing membership experience through direct member contact and ongoing relationship management.

You will develop and implement lifestyle programming, coordinate events, and collaborate with Food & Beverage to prepare event materials. The position requires strong communication, planning, and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience supervising others and leading a team.
One year of golf course/private club-related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Markets club through direct client contact to maximize membership experience.
Maintains ongoing relationships with members to support membership growth.
Builds and facilitates the Club’s Lifestyle Programming & Social offerings with department heads.
Works with F&B to create function sheets and event files, including contracts, P&L forecasts, and floor plans.
Attends events to ensure proper execution and supports retention strategies.
