Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including weddings, banquets, corporate functions, and member events.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
• Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator, culinary team, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event logistics, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Provide on-site event supervision, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
• Sign up new members and give orientation of the club.
