Job summary

YMCA of Maryland is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Representative for the Ijamsville center to ensure member satisfaction and retention through friendly, accurate service. You will respond to members in person and by phone, process memberships and program registrations, and maintain member records in the Daxko system.
