Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years in hospitality, customer relations, events or marketing.
• 3 years in leadership or management.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, events, business, or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute member experience strategy to boost retention and revenue.
• Partner with GM and department heads on high-impact revenue strategies.
• Use data analytics to monitor engagement trends and retention.
• Plan and execute member events and programs aligned with goals.
• Oversee onboarding and early tenure management.
• Communicate club initiatives across channels.
