Hilton is seeking a Director of Membership Experience to drive growth and retention of club memberships while delivering memorable hospitality experiences for guests. You will define market targets, develop membership strategies, and oversee communications and events to engage prospective and current members.

This leadership role involves supervising club staff, shaping club policies, and collaborating with executive teams to align with Hilton's hospitality culture and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and membership programs.
• Ability to define local, regional and national target markets for prospective members.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Sales & Marketing Strategies.
• Maintain Sales Database.
• Plan, organize and implement prospective member events.
• Create and maintain member communications and newsletters.
• Supervise Club Sales Manager, Club Service Coordinator and related roles.
• Define Club organizational structure and job descriptions.
• Attend New Hire Team Member Orientations to introduce functions.
