Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Word in-office Member Support Specialist to enhance patient experiences at our Cedar Hills Beaverton location. You will manage check-in/check-out, verify insurance, schedule follow-ups, and support the care team with a patient-centric mindset.

The role requires at least 1 year in high-touch customer or patient-facing work, strong communication skills, and proficiency with multiple software systems. A full-time in-person schedule is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ in customer or patient-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating in diverse, feedback-driven teams.
• Ability to adapt under pressure and take initiative.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk tasks with a friendly, patient-centered approach.
• Handle check-in/check-out, verify insurance, and schedule follow-ups.
• Support office providers and coordinate daily operations.
• Learn and use Slack, GSuite, Zoom, and 1Life EMR to complete tasks.
• Maintain office appearance and restock supplies as needed.
