Job summary

BECU, a member-owned financial cooperative, is seeking a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless member experience and expert product guidance across consumer financial needs. You will reference specialized services when needed and support community financial wellness.

You will rotate across POD branches in the Soundview District, with travel between Ballinger, Lynnwood, and Shoreline. Training lasts 12 weeks, followed by flexible shifts and a commitment to serve for at least one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency with learning new systems and programs; ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales across banking products.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through outbound/inbound call center.
• Assist the community with financial wellness, budgeting, and planning resources.
