Equinox is seeking energetic Front Desk Associates to join our Greenwich team. You will greet members and guests, answer calls, respond to inquiries, and update accounts, while maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area.

This role supports multiple shifts, tours members, and collaborates with other departments to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and communicates effectively in person, by email, and by phone.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in person, via email, and via phone.
• Reliable, professional, and friendly.
• Preferably interested in health, fitness, and/or sports.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies.
• Update members’ accounts if needed.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Work opening/closing/mid-day shifts.
• Tour members.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Assist other departments with related tasks.
