Job summary

Equinox seeks energetic Front Desk Associates to welcome members, answer calls, and manage inquiries. You will update member accounts and maintain a clean, efficient front desk area while supporting various shifts and member orientation.

A friendly, vibrant, and outgoing attitude helps you excel in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $17.05 per hour with benefits, including complimentary club membership and access to fitness services.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in customer service or related experience.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent in-person and remote communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a professional manner.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries.
• Update member accounts as needed and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and workflow.
• Support opening/closing/mid-day shifts.
• Provide tours and assist with member onboarding.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests.
• Assist other departments with related tasks.
