Stroum Jewish Community Center on Mercer Island is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to create welcoming experiences for members, guests, volunteers, and visitors. Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, customer-facing retail, recreation, community centers, or similar environments is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth.
• Learn members' names and build relationships.
• Give engaging tours to potential members.
• Answer questions about memberships, programs, events, and facility offerings.
• Process memberships, registrations, payments, and retail purchases.
• Answer phones and assist visitors professionally.
• Monitor safety and security in the lobby and entrance.
• Support café operations as needed.
