Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with teller transactions and maintains efficient branch flow.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, checks, and transfers.
• Receives loan and service charge payments; processes bonds and other transactions.
• Promotes Neighborhood Credit Union’s digital channels and cross-sells products.
• Maintains privacy and security of member information; Balances cash at end of day.
• Keeps management informed of issues and supports other departments as needed.
