Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a part-time Concierge to warmly greet members as they arrive and guide them in their financial journey. This role offers a pay range of $21.78-$26.63 hourly and requires strong customer service capabilities.

You will actively manage member flow, coordinate appointments, and maintain a welcoming environment. The position involves working approximately 24 hours per week, with a schedule including Mondays, Fridays, and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales-oriented or financial customer service environment.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to learn new software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member with prompt and courteous service.
• Manage member flow by connecting them to appropriate team members.
• Schedule and track appointments for location staff.
• Keep member areas clean and well-stocked.
• Educate members on BECU's suite of remote services.
