Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union in Lynnwood, Washington, serves 1.5 million members and seeks a Member Consultant II to deliver an exceptional member experience and drive sales across business services, consumer lending, and deposit accounts.

You will rotate across POD branches in the Soundview District with a 12-week training, travel to the Tukwila Financial Center, and commit to a minimum one-year tenure while supporting the community's financial wellness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• Ability to complete 12-week in-house training program after hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service with sales across business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents that originate through outbound/inbound call center.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education programs and budgeting support.
