Job summary

BECU in Washington is seeking a part-time Concierge to greet members and guide them through their financial journey, connecting them to the right resources, services, and solutions. You’ll create a welcoming environment and support members from the moment they arrive.

Training occurs at our Tukwila Financial Center and Covington Neighborhood Financial Center, with travel between locations required. Typical schedule averages 24 hours per week with 9:00 AM–5:00 PM shifts; Mondays, Fridays, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales/customer service experience in financial/retail.
• Sales experience in financial retail environment is desirable.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to learn new software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a shifting schedule, including Saturdays.
• Capacity to sit or stand for periods of up to one hour or more.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with warmth and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Streamline branch traffic by directing members to the right team.
• Coordinate appointments for location staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting member area.
• Demonstrate and educate members on remote services and tools.
