Job summary

Life Time, Inc. seeks a Membership Concierge Leader in Plano to guide the Membership Concierge Team, delivering best-in-class experiences for members and guests aligned with our premium brand.

You will connect all in-center departments, drive service excellence, and build value-based relationships to support members’ healthy lifestyle goals. This role serves as the right hand to the Club General Manager and aims for advancement to a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong written and verbal communication, customer service, service recovery, business planning, process management, and sales.
• 3+ years of managerial experience, 3+ years of customer service, 3+ years of sales experience, and 3+ years of achieving budget goals.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; hospitality or fitness background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Regularly participates in Life Time’s classes, activities, events and programming.
• Leads in zone by exemplifying service excellence and being a member connectivity specialist.
• Onboards and certifies team members and maintains engagement.
• Provides guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance member engagement.
• Manages schedules and zone rotations for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Oversees member acquisition, retention and connectivity initiatives.
• Collaborates with in-center departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Supports a growth mindset and development toward a General Manager role.
