Job summary

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
Build relationships with members to deliver exceptional experiences.
Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage members and drive engagement.
Educate members on programming, events, pricing, and policies.
Assist with account maintenance and processing member changes and transactions.
Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
Participate in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
