Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for members and guests.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Handle account maintenance and process member payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention.
• Provide problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
• Build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
