Job summary

Life Time seeks a Membership Concierge I to deliver top-tier service to members and guests. As the first point of contact, you help new and returning visitors feel welcomed while guiding them through club programming, events, and policies.

This role requires at least 6 months in service or reception, the ability to stand for extended periods, and a commitment to healthy living. You will handle member transactions, answer calls, and foster valuable relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
• HS graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes
