Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II in Warrenville, IL to manage member interactions, account maintenance, and program information with a hospitality mindset. You will connect with members and guests, support ongoing engagement, and promote club services and events.

The role emphasizes problem solving, service recovery, and delivering extraordinary experiences in a fast-paced resort setting. Training and development are provided for career growth within the Life Time program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Stand for up to 4 hours and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage and retain members.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Uses tools to resolve questions and address service concerns.
