Edge Fitness, LLC is seeking a member-facing team member to deliver an outstanding experience for our club guests. You will greet, assist, and educate members while driving a positive, energetic atmosphere that supports a transformative fitness journey.

Responsibilities include nurturing member relationships, addressing questions with empathy, and collaborating with the Front Desk and facilities teams to maintain a high-quality club environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and nurture the member experience with friendliness at the core of every member interaction.
• Greet members in a friendly, engaging and energetic way from shift start to finish.
• Serve members quickly and professionally to build positive, trustworthy relationships.
• Assist members with questions and concerns, promoting a “Raving Fan” experience.
• Coordinate with Facilities to keep the club aligned with a high-opening standard.
