Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service focused environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Handle enquiries and provide accurate information on memberships, services and facilities.
• Respond to and resolve member concerns or issues.
• Deliver 5-star customer service at every interaction.
• Provide tours to potential member prospects.
• Process new memberships, renewals and cancellations using in-house systems.
• Handle payments for retail and services.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.
