Job summary

Retro Fitness LLC is seeking a friendly Member Experience Associate to greet members, manage check-ins, and create an energetic, welcoming club atmosphere.

You will handle member questions, support membership sales and retention, and assist with merchandise and smoothies while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

This on-site role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a positive attitude, with CPR/AED training preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual, reliable and detail oriented.
• CPR/AED training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members at the front desk.
• Resolve member issues effectively and professionally.
• Support membership sales and retention efforts.
• Follow up with prospects and assist with store merch.
• Maintain a clean, safe health club environment.
• Open or close the facility as scheduled.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
