Retrofitness, LLC is seeking a Member Experience Associate to be the face of the club, greet members, and deliver an exceptional experience. You will guide prospects on the phone, assist with smoothies and store merchandise, and help create a welcoming atmosphere with energetic multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members as they arrive.

• Sell in-store merchandise (e.g., Retro Smoothies, pro shop items).
• Maintain a safe, clean health club environment for members and staff.
• Open and close the facility as scheduled.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
