Job summary

Distro is seeking a polished Front Desk Agent to be the first contact for members and guests in a luxury club setting. You will greet arrivals, manage check-in/out, and coordinate services with multiple departments.

Strong communication, multitasking, and a genuine passion for member experience are essential. Availability mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of front desk or guest services experience in luxury settings.
  • Warm, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with reservation systems and MS Office/Google Suite.
  • Willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
  • Anticipate needs and offer information and recommendations.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve concerns with a solutions-first approach.

  • Maintain member records in the club management system.
  • Coordinate with departments to fulfill requests and ensure service.
  • Monitor lobby area for cleanliness and polished presentation.
  • Process payments and manage member accounts with cash and card transactions.
  • Serve as central hub of communication during shifts.
  • Answer calls, texts, and digital communications promptly.
  • Assist with preparation and execution of member events.

About the Role We are seeking a polished and service-driven Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our members and guests. This role is central to delivering an exceptional first and last impression and requires a natural hospitality instinct, composure under pressure, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful member experiences.

What You Will Do~
  • Greet all members and guests warmly and by name wherever possible, creating a personalized and seamless arrival experience
  • Manage member check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
  • Anticipate member needs and proactively offer assistance, information, and service recommendations
  • Handle member inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
  • Communicate club programming, amenities, and offerings clearly and enthusiastically
  • Manage reservations for spa treatments, padel courts, dining, and member events
  • Accurately maintain member records and update profiles in the club management system
  • Coordinate with all departments to fulfill member requests and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor lobby and reception areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a polished presentation at all times
  • Process payments, manage member accounts, and handle cash and card transactions accurately
  • Serve as the central hub of communication between departments during shifts
  • Answer all incoming calls, texts, and digital communications promptly and professionally
  • Relay information to relevant teams and follow up to ensure requests are fulfilled
  • Assist with preparation and execution of member events and club programming
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience in a luxury hotel, private club, or high-end retail environment
  • Warm, professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with reservation management systems and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Genuine passion for member experience and service excellence
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
