Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II in Orland Park, IL. This role focuses on member engagement, account maintenance, and delivering hospitality-driven service to grow member satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, educating members on programming, and supporting sales and renewals. Requires 1–2 years in customer service; High School diploma;Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire. The position is hourly with benefits.

Formación

• Must be skilled at multi-tasking, delivering high quality customer service, service recovery and verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for 4 hours.
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or sales.
• Certifications: Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire; strong service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships and delivers extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage members.
• Educates on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Manages member accounts, changes, and transactions including payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Assists in problem solving and service recovery for member questions.
