Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union in Appleton is seeking a full-time Corporate Concierge to support our Enterprise office and Calumet Street branch. You will greet members and visitors, assist with requests, and maintain the lounge, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all guests.

The role involves handling branch transactions, cash controls, and daily logs, while collaborating with teams across departments to meet member needs with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year sales and service experience.
• Financial background is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co‑workers.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to make sound decisions.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Flexible availability which will include rotating Saturdays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office or similar software.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors and provide exceptional service.
• Process basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance.
• Open and close the branch; balance cashbox daily and maintain logs.
• Assist members with problem resolution and direct to other representatives when needed.
• Maintain branch, lounge, and courier/mail areas; manage supplies and audits.
• Promote the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values to members and staff.
• Assist in store, lounge, and retail areas; support at the Calumet Street branch.
• Coordinate with departments for transactions and courier deliveries.
