Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Relationship Officer at our Green Bay branch. You will build strong member relationships, assist with consumer lending, new accounts, and digital services while delivering excellent service.

The role involves educating members on products, handling deposits and transactions, and referring to specialist teams. Flexible Saturdays and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales and service experience.
• Previous financial industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills including verbal, written and active listening.
• Sales skills in gaining commitment to products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships through conversations and understanding member needs.
• Interview loan applicants and provide underwriting information to help loan decisions.
• Assist members with deposits, accounts, and services.
• Process member transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Educate members on loan products and insurance options and secure suitable solutions.
• Achieve assigned goals and refer to partnering teams as needed.
• Represent Fox positively in the community.
