Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.

• Ability to resolve conflicts and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-line staff and branch operations.
• Process basic and advanced member transactions.
• Open new accounts and build member relationships.
• Balance branch vaults, cashbox, ATM, and cash recyclers (TCRs).
• Support branch team coverage and staffing to ensure great member experiences.
• Troubleshoot member concerns and resolve issues promptly.
