• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus but may not be required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
• Providing friendly, professional, and personal service to all members.
• Providing an exceptional experience for members and ensuring the branch team is providing the same.
• Balancing branch vaults, cashboxes, ATMs, and cash recyclers (TCRs) promptly and accurately.
• Supporting the Branch Team Lead with service and staffing levels of the branch, including MRO staff; ensuring adequate coverage and quick response to members’ needs.
• Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services to share features and benefits with members.
• Supporting frontline staff with advanced transactions.
• Performing branch audits.
• Troubleshooting member concerns effectively.
• Processing member transactions and account maintenance confidently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Opening new accounts while building member relationships by uncovering member needs, suggesting products and services, and providing overall member education.
• Positively representing Fox in the community.
