Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union in Appleton seeks a full-time Teller/Member Service Representative to deliver outstanding member service and process transactions. You will open new accounts, educate members on products, and assist with account maintenance while upholding the Fox Mission and values.

The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and flexible weekend availability to serve a growing member base at the Wisconsin Avenue location.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including rotating Saturdays.
• Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Promote Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
• Process basic and advanced member transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist members with account maintenance and problem resolution
• Open new accounts with knowledge of ownership and documentation
• Educate members on financial services and cross-sell products
• Identify member needs through probing questions
• Manage IRAs and HSAs; support various account types
