Fox Communities Credit Union is hiring a full-time Corporate Concierge in Appleton, WI. The role covers Enterprise office responsibilities and assisting at the Calumet Street branch, ensuring an exceptional member experience.

You will greet members, handle transactions, and support store and lounge operations while maintaining daily logs and branch compliance. A background in sales/service and strong communication are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct members to appropriate representatives for accounts, loans, or investments.
• Open/close the branch and balance cash handling according to policies.
• Coordinate with courier, mail, and store operations as needed.

CORPORATE CONCIERGE

About this Position

We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Corporate Concierge based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton and assisting at our Calumet Street branch in Appleton!

The Corporate Concierge is responsible for the Enterprise branch, and upkeep of the retail store and lounge areas. This position will ensure members and visitors have an exceptional experience by greeting each member/visitor in a cheerful manner while efficiently helping them with their requests.

The primary responsibilities of the Corporate Concierge role include but are not limited to:

Branch

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
• Provide an exceptional experience to members and visitors
• Confidentially, accurately, and efficiently process basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance
• Assist members with problem resolution
• Direct members to other credit union representatives when appropriate, including virtually connecting members with MRO’s/MLO/LPL for new accounts loan, mortgage, and Investment needs
• Monitor daily activities of the branch for compliance with established policies and guidelines, and resolve any out of compliance issues
• Open and close the branch
• Assist other departments in processing transactions including GL, payoffs and charge off transactions
• Balance cashbox daily while adhering to cash control policies
• Maintain required daily logs
• Order cash and balance vault daily
• Badge and log visitors and vendors that will be entering non-member areas
• Ensure supplies are maintained in the coffee area and the lounge is tidy
• Assist visitors by offering a seat and a beverage in the lounge area while they wait
• Contact Team members to let them know when visitors arrive
• Maintain the meeting rooms and kitchenette area including the refrigerator

Courier/Mail Room

• Maintain confidentiality of materials handled
• Prepare outgoing and sort incoming internal mail bags
• Contact courier when bags are missing, or deliveries/pickups are not as scheduled
• Order office and Fox supplies and maintain supplies within the branch
• Notify team members of deliveries (FedEx, UPS)

Retail Store

• Let shoppers into the store and assist with any questions
• Collect Payment from members and non-team members
• Straighten up store items as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year sales and service experience
• Financial background is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to make sound decisions
• Proven attention to detail
• Flexible availability which will include rotating Saturdays
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS office or similar software
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
