Ideal candidates have hospitality or service experience, strong customer relationships, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong lead nurturing and opportunity development skills.
• Sales experience in fitness or wellness environments preferred.
• Proficient in customer relationship management and data entry within CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional member experience and handle first visits, tours, and outreach.
• Maintain the studio clean and organized with routine checks and updates to boards and flyers.
• Sell memberships and services aligned with member needs and track input in CRM.
• Engage with members, prospects, and guests to drive engagement and conversions.
